Emotion Regulation Lab

Isabel is an undergraduate student at Macaulay Honors College at Hunter and is currently majoring in Psychology. Interested in developmental and clinical psychology, she wishes to understand one’s relationship with their emotions over time and how one can regulate them as internal and external factors influence their mental well-being. She hopes to use the knowledge she gains from her academic career to help her pursue work in a field that seeks to improve the quality of life of others.
